We hope you love your order, but if, for some reason, you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Policy:

To initiate a return or cancellation, click here. Alternately, please email us at dahliallamastudio@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

You can return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, provided it is unworn, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Returns will not be accepted if the item shows signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, or similar stains.

For faulty items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the issue. Items are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or develop a fault within 3 days of purchase. Issues reported after this period will be considered general wear and tear.

Please note customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of any returns, unless the item is faulty or damaged.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations are only possible before an order has been fulfilled.
